The Spider and the Bee
The merchant brought out some pieces of cloth, which were of the finest quality. As soon as he took it out, he was robbed by a group of people. It can't be said that the businessman's business is not good. There was almost as much excitement in his shop as there was in a great assembly.
When the spider saw all this, he thought to himself what a shrewd merchant he must have felt the pulse of the market by now.
When a spider begins to spin its own web, it sells something of its own. All day long he worked diligently on his web, never stopping to rest even a minute. "Very well," he thought, "as soon as it is daylight, I am sure the customers will gather around me."
It is day. But then tragedy struck. Out of nowhere, a broom appeared, just a gentle touch on the web, the spider spent a day and a night of work so gone.
'It's impossible! "There is no justice in that. Let us ask the world whether they prefer my web or the merchant's cloth.
"Spider webs are beautiful, of course!" "Replied the busy bee. "I knew it. But, I want to ask you, what good is a spider's web if it's beautiful? It's not a garment to wear, and it's not warm."
It's not that no one appreciates us. It's that we need to better ourselves and put our talents to good use.
